Falcourt Inn

This big verandah is always decorated for the season and greets guests and diners upon arrival. The main entry opens to an elegant foyer that says WOW. To the left is the check-in desk, reception and business office. To the right is the original livingroom with tradional oak floor, wainscotting, heavy oak, beamed ceiling, and stone fireplace. You can almost envision life as it was 70 years ago. Its pristine, comfortable and well furnished. It’s a great spot for guests to relax, have a drink or play a hand of cards.

Behind this is the 45 seat world-class diningroom. It’s L-shaped which is ideal for small meetings, weddings, receptions and nightly dining. In the summer, additional tables and chairs are set up on the covered verandah overlooking the river providing diners with an outdoor experience for dinner or drinks. Connected to the diningroom is a cozy little bar and the kitchen is conveniently situated in behind. There is also a wait staff service area and two large bathrooms for diners. The kitchen is well laid out and fully equipped with commercial stoves, dishwashing, ovens and walk-in coolers. There is a back door into the kitchen making receiving easy. And, there’s lots of storage for dry goods and easy access to the full basement.

The chef and wait staff are well trained and provide excellent service and an extensive menu. Dinner is served daily from 5 to 8:30 pm.
