My name is Richard Matheson. I'm the owner and Broker
of Country Real Estate. It's a small company offering very
personalized service and proven results. We only take on a few
properties at a time and we only market country properties and
farms.

After graduating from the Nova Scotia Agricultural College,
I spent 25 years operating a marketing and advertising agency specializing
in agricultural and real estate accounts. Today, I use this combination of knowledge and experience to
sell rural properties and farms. I'm very good at what I do.

Every Property is Different
No two country properties are the same, so we market each
property differently. We create a brochure for every listing and
produce a video when necessary to promote special properties to potential
buyers outside the province. We have a growing list of clients and much of our business
comes by way of referral; we advertise, give seminars, travel the
countryside and use direct mail and marketing techniques.

Our real estate brokerage is a member of the Canadian Real
Estate Association, the Nova Scotia Association of Realtors and the
Annapolis Valley Real Estate Board. Our clients have access to the
Canada wide on-line MLS system and we provide the other important real
estate services associated with a realtor. I know my business and the market, and I have the enthusiasm
